HOA SERVICES

  • Establish and maintain QuickBooks software file
  • Dues collection, accounts payable, weekly bank deposits
  • Monthly E-statements forwarded to all homeowners with delinquent balances
  • Annual budget preparation
  • Financials provided to Board of Directors quarterly
  • Coordinate with legal team for action on delinquent HOA accounts
  • Not to include annual tax return preparation
  • Maintain database of current homeowners’ contact information
  • Follow pending unit, lot or residential home sales with prompt transfer of ownership upon confirmation of closing
  • Includes common area maintenance
  • Bid acquisition when necessary (when required, homeowner/BOD member to be present to meet vendors)
  • Field questions and concerns from homeowners
  • Acting liaison between Board Members and property owners
  • E-blast property-wide communication/notifications
  • Property-wide memorandums or lot/unit-specific correspondence, warnings and/or fines
  • Annually work with current HOA Board to update and distribute property covenants to all HOA members; i.e. Rules & Regulations
  • Assess property for possible maintenance needs and formulate suggestions for property improvements
  • Assist with preparation of annual operating budget
  • Provide year-end financials
  • Draft meeting Notice/Proxy upon request
  • Attend meetings
 

OTHER SERVICES

These are some of the services we can provide for an additional cost.

  • Copies, postage, check stock, deposit slips, DoorKing fees (if applicable), legal fees, etc. specific to the Association charged to the property at cost
  • Additional property visits plus current IRS mileage rate
  • Administrative work done outside outlined scope of work
  • Additional meeting charge for any scheduled meetings that require PRES representation
