MARRIED COUPLES: Married couples are required to fill out a joint application. $70 application fee. Please click here to download the application.
- A copy of applicant’s most recent paycheck stub or proof of income is required upon leasing.
- Applicant must have sufficient income or proof of financial assistance (ex: parent assisting student, etc)
- Satisfactory credit rating will be required.
- Lack of credit history may be accepted if proof of good rental history is provided.
- Bankruptcies not discharged & unpaid rental-related judgements will result in denial.
- Rental references will be verified with previous landlords.
- If no rental history AND no credit history are provided, a qualified co-signer/guarantor will be required.
- Unlawful detainers and/or outstanding debts to landlords will result in denial.
- A statewide criminal search will be conducted on each applicant.
- A felony conviction will result in denial.
- Misdemeanor criminal convictions may result in denial.
- Unsatisfactory employment history may result in an additional deposit.
Qualified co-signers/guarantors may be allowed after screening application is performed.
- A $50.00 (Non-Refundable) application processing fee will be required for each applicant 18 years old or older.
- A $70.00 (Non-Refundable) application processing fee will be required for married couples applying together.
- Applicants under the age of 18 will be listed on the lease contract as an occupant only.
- Pets may be allowed at discretion of owner. A refundable pet deposit will be required.
- Service dogs must provide proper certification to be considered eligible.
- ONE BEDROOM – maximum of 2 people
- TWO BEDROOM – maximum of 3 people
